Kenneth also serves as Vice President of NAREB's United Development Council. Both are members of the Greater Harlem Real Estate Board, where Kenneth is a Board member and past President. He is also a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management.

Under the Morrison's leadership, Lemor Realty has successfully completed several projects under the Neighborhood Entrepreneurs Program (NEP). A joint venture between the New York City Department of Housing Preservation and Development and the New York City Housing Partnership, NEP involves the rehabilitation of clusters of partially occupied city-owned buildings throughout metropolitan New York.
